Challenge Options Inc. offers a full range of Challenge Course services.  We are dedicated to providing you with quality products and services that will meet your programming needs.  Our friendly and knowledgeable staff members are available to answer your questions and help you in any way they can. 

Please Note:  We are continuously reviewing our catalog to assure that we are offering a wide variety of equipment useful for operating a Challenge Course, Climbing Wall, or Teambuilding Program.  However, we understand that every program is unique, and strongly believe that you are often best able to identify your equipment needs.  If the product(s) that you would like to see are not listed in our catalog, please call!  We work with many product lines, and would be glad to offer additional items, we will work with you to find the item that will best suit your program.

Terms and Conditions

Ordering Information  Orders may be placed by mail, phone, fax, or email.  If you are mailing or faxing an order, please include a daytime phone number so that we can contact you if we have questions.  Please specify the item name, and the color, size, or quantity (as needed).

Invoicing  Organizations- If you are ordering through an organization, payment is due upon receipt of the item ordered.  An invoice will be mailed when the item is shipped.  Challenge Options reserves the right to apply a monthly 1.5% finance charge on balances not paid after 30 days.   Individuals- Individuals who order equipment are required to pre-pay with a check,  money order or credit card.  *All interest charges or collection fees accrued as a result of non-payment are the responsibility of the purchaser.  *A $20.00 fee will be charged for any check returned to Challenge Options.  *Any item damaged or lost in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

Pricing  We do our best to maintain our current prices.  However, due to changing prices in the market, Challenge Options reserves the right to change our prices without notice.  

Returns  Our goal is for our customers to be a 100% satisfied with their purchases.  If there is a problem, please call our office to get a return authorization (RA) number prior to sending the item back.  We will need the number in order to process your request.  Request for returns must be made within 10 days of the receipt of the merchandise.  If the merchandise is being returned due to a Challenge Options error, we will cover all shipping costs.   Otherwise, the inbound and outbound shipping will be charged to the customer.  Custom cut lengths of rope and other special orders are not returnable.  

Sales Tax  Kansas State sales tax will be charged to all orders picked up or delivered in the state of Kansas.  If you are exempt from paying sales tax you will need to register your tax-exempt certificate with the Challenge Options office.  All other applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Warning  Challenge Options is not responsible for the use or misapplication of any product we sell. The technical equipment listed in this catalog is intended for experts who are trained in their technical application.  A thorough knowledge of all skills needed is required in order to ensure proper use.  It is the responsibility of the user of  these products to obtain expert instruction in the proper techniques involved.  This catalog and/or any pictures used by Challenge Options do not provide instruction and may not be used as a substitute for technical training.  It is important to follow manufacturers recommendations regarding the care, use, and retirement of all safety equipment.
